Absolutely Fabulous Stay!
tea service excellent cocktails
I was thrilled with the afternoon tea service. It was fantastic. The Saddle Bar delivered excellent cocktails. I really enjoyed all food and drinks. Everything tasted delicious.

faulty toilet running cistern
The hotel's historic building features charming decor.
The room had a faulty toilet. The cistern ran constantly. I advised the staff at 2 PM, but it was still faulty upon my return at 5 PM. Maintenance addressed it. the issue persisted throughout the day and night.

inadequate air conditioning street sounds
The room was not entirely satisfactory. I found the air conditioning inadequate. It struggled to cool the space, particularly during the warmer parts of the day. there was an issue with noise. Street sounds were quite noticeable, especially in the early mornings. This disrupted my sleep on several occasions.

The television in my room did not function, displaying no signal throughout my stay. I found this inconvenient. The minibar also lacked a sufficient selection of beverages. It could have offered a wider variety. The absence of readily available tea and coffee-making facilities in the room was a further disappointment. These issues detracted from an otherwise adequate experience.

The personnel showed kindness. Staff gave restaurant recommendations. The recommendations help us to explore the surrounding area. I find restaurant easy to reach.
The bar area seemed a touch small, it felt a bit confined.

really good stay in kensington
really good service comfortable room convenient location
the general manager greeted us warmly upon arrival. the staff offered really good service throughout our stay. the beautiful king room was comfortable and well-appointed with ample space for luggage. the location across from the gardens allowed for convenient morning walks.
the bar felt small! and a bit cramped.

the hotel offered access to a nearby fitness center, virgin active. this arrangement allowed us to continue our workout routines. the pool provided a place for relaxation after sightseeing. there's a spa that provides extra services.
