Absolutely Fabulous Stay!

I was thrilled with the afternoon tea service. It was fantastic. The Saddle Bar delivered excellent cocktails. I really enjoyed all food and drinks. Everything tasted delicious.

The hotel's historic building features charming decor.
The room had a faulty toilet. The cistern ran constantly. I advised the staff at 2 PM, but it was still faulty upon my return at 5 PM. Maintenance addressed it. the issue persisted throughout the day and night.

The room was not entirely satisfactory. I found the air conditioning inadequate. It struggled to cool the space, particularly during the warmer parts of the day. there was an issue with noise. Street sounds were quite noticeable, especially in the early mornings. This disrupted my sleep on several occasions.

really good servicecomfortable roomconvenient locationcramped bar
the general manager greeted us warmly upon arrival. the staff offered really good service throughout our stay. the beautiful king room was comfortable and well-appointed with ample space for luggage. the location across from the gardens allowed for convenient morning walks.
the bar felt small! and a bit cramped.
